Hi,

I stumbled upon this article discussing lighting ergonomics, and thought i would share.

I need to evaluate my studio and bench lighting…it is not optimum…

Julie, my desk bench light is awful too. I got it on Amazon for $25 and it just doesn’t “reveal” all the details of my work. Its LED and adjustable on brightness - but even the top brightness doesn’t produce “true light” that shows me what is really going on… Thanks for sharing this article!

Hi Lily,

positioning of lighting is important too! and multiple light sources can help.
