No response from client. We have this happen every once in a while… it’s odd.
I’m thinking next time have them pay for the CAD work first on approval. If they are happy with it, they pay no question. Finished product is another story. I know when I have work done I pay for the file and then have the file sent to the company of my choice or it is another order to have them complete it.
Another thought is to check it when it comes back for any alteration or sign of molding. Hate to say it but it happens.
