Making Cartridge Brass C26000


Can anyone help me?

I’m intending to make cartridge brass (C26000) and I’m aware of the
conflict between the melting point of copper and the boiling point of

My question is: What is the best and safest way to make this
material? That is, which is melted first, how/when is the second
component added, what flux to use etc…

why dont you go to the shooting range and pick up the discarded
cartriges they are already alloyed if need be you can freshen the
alloy with some zinc some (some of us countries have zinc penny’s)
