I am searching for 4 - 8mm trillion blue sapphires (synthetic). I
need a nice deep blue, close to natural, with a lot of sparkle. I
have found some stones that are either unmatched in size, cut and/or
color and some that just look like faceted dull blue/black coal.
Natural stones are $$$$1,000+ and my clients don’t have that kind of
money to spend. Searched the web and my suppliers but no luck.

Stuller has them and Kotel in New York might have them. Kotel has
synthetic sapphire in Ceylon color and the darker blue. Kotel is less
expensive and they have nice goods.

The best source for synthetic sapphires I’ve found is Pehnec. They
have most sizes and shapes.
