Experience from a customer point of view:
I've dealt with Helby for several years. While not a dishonest
company, they seem very disorganized at times.
1) I ordered a selection of beads, and specified an amount. When I
got the order and my invoice I received and was charged for a greater
amount. When I called I was told that was the minimum order on that
item. Hmmm, and why wasn't I told when I was ordering it??
2) One invoice was not charged to my credit card for about 4 months.
3) They go through periods where it will take a week or more to put
together an order.
These are just a couple of small examples. They are closed on all
Jewish Holy Days, so plan ahead, and be on top of each order, and
plan extra far ahead for any order. It's possible to do business with
them, but they make me nuts! Good luck!
