I have dealt with Helby for many a year. Their warehouse is huge!
And yes, you can wander thru the aisles and fill up a basket very
fast as there are so many items there to catch your desires.

Experience from a customer point of view:

I’ve dealt with Helby for several years. While not a dishonest
company, they seem very disorganized at times.

  1. I ordered a selection of beads, and specified an amount. When I
    got the order and my invoice I received and was charged for a greater
    amount. When I called I was told that was the minimum order on that
    item. Hmmm, and why wasn’t I told when I was ordering it??

  2. One invoice was not charged to my credit card for about 4 months.

  3. They go through periods where it will take a week or more to put
    together an order.

These are just a couple of small examples. They are closed on all
Jewish Holy Days, so plan ahead, and be on top of each order, and
plan extra far ahead for any order. It’s possible to do business with
them, but they make me nuts! Good luck!

they have initiated the inquiries.

It is really easy to initiate a dispute with your credit card company
for the over charge. If you place an order, and you are not informed
of their policy, I do not believe they can legally charge you for
more than what you ordered plus shipping. I have never had a company
do that, I have been informed of a minimum charge and agreed to pay
the minimum when what I wanted was less than the minimum. Kind of a
different problem I once had, I ordered a memo from a company
selected what I wanted shipped it back. Six months later, I receive
a bill for e whole memo. The person I had done business with had left
the company. This was being handled through JVC. I found out what my
rights were, and I had the right to be provided with proof of
delivery. I ask for that, and I never heard about it again. I had no
problems when ordering from them after that incident.
