Here’s a couple of sources but if you have never done it before, I
suggest actual hands on instruction before doing it “cold turkey”!

PM West has a good video on how to use their investment as well as
written instruction and will send them to you with your first order
of investment and flasks. They probably will send them to you on
request even without an order too. Good folks.
