When a potential customer e-mails images of silver in need of
restoration, I give them as much as I can as to how the
surgery will be performed. This gives them a greater appreciation and
understanding of what they will be paying for. They also see many
aspects of the restoration process on my Web site. Bring your
customer through the ENTIRE creative process and don’t lose out on a
sale from too little
