When a potential customer e-mails images of silver in need of
restoration, I give them as much as I can as to how the
surgery will be performed. This gives them a greater appreciation and
understanding of what they will be paying for. They also see many

Jeff- I too belong to the school of customer education. The more our
clients know about how we do what we do the better it is for all. I
try not to get too detailed or their eyes glaze over, but I do feel
it’s important to have an educated client.
