Length: 3 days
Tuition: $425
Materials: TBD
Instructor: Daniel Grandi
Dates & Times: Feb 20-22 10am-5pm

This workshop is a complete guide to the lost-wax casting process.
Daniel will cover topics such as making models that are easy to
cast, shortcuts for cleaning up your models, and structuring models
so that findings are easily attached to the cast pieces. He’ll cover
molds and how they’re made, injecting waxes into your molds, treeing
your waxes, and preparing for casting. At the end of the workshop,
you’ll cast your pieces and clean them up.

Bring any models you’d like to cast, and all the questions you’ve
ever wanted to ask your caster. You’ll not only go home with molds
and castings, but with a better understanding of the casting
process.

Come see all our upcoming workshops on our website.

Looking forward to seeing you in Tucson!
