Hello Orchid readers,
Spaces are available in summer and autumn workshops offered by Taos
School ot Metalsmithing and Lapidary Design located in sunny,
beautiful Taos, New Mexico 1 1/2 hours north of Santa Fe. Marilynn
Nicholson will be teaching beginning and intermediate jewelry design
and other workshops with an emphasis on unusual stone setting
methods, soldering techniques, designing mechanisms, introduction to
lapidary, and ring design. Casting will be taught by Victoria Ramsey.
David Anderson will teach faceted stone setting techniques, thick
bezel stone setting, tool making and hydraulic die forming. Please
