Hi Amanda, I have taken many classes at the Craft Students League at
the 53rd & Lex YWCA. They have fabrication classes - some of the
"advanced" where you work on your own projects and the teachers demo
for you based on your requests. One great instructor who is
excellent at fabricating from sheet is Sayumi Yokouchi.
