I have the opportunity to offer a four-day short course on Lost-wax
casting at Wildacres Retreat in Little Switzerland, North Carolina.
The cost of the course will be about $310 plus the cost of any
sterling or gold casting grain purchased by the student from the
instructor. The above fee covers room and board as well as
instruction and general supplies. The class is limited in size
between 3 and 8 students. I will send a detailed class schedule and
description to any person who is interested. You may examine the
contents of my book “Lost-Wax Casting: Old, New, and Inexpensive
Methods” on
to get an idea of my approach. I can also refer you to my previous
