So, here is it how it works:
I go where I am invited. There is no cost for my services. That is
unless I am invited to a commercial site for consulting. RMS
provides anodizers, masking materials and supplies.
The host will pay for travel, board and accommodations. A "teaching"
studio must be provided. That is one with work benches, shears, flex
shafts etc. for all to use. A kit of metals will be provided at a
discount A small list of studio supplies will be provided by the host
15 student maxmum
I prefer to follow this schedule:
Evening slide presentation and demonstration. This can be open to
guests other then the students. 2 hours
Two full days of studio time. This will be broken up by
demonstrations, questions & answers and further slide shows. The
hours are set by the host.
My goal is to teach anodizing techniques and to provide a thorough
understanding of the materials and the process. We do not work
towards finished jewelry.
