Work hardening studs

    Sojourner , Who forgot once again to twist the wire for my
studs so I ended up trying to burnish them hard after tumbling
didn't work-harden them enough. 

No problem, Sojourner. You can twist each earpost to make it harder
by gripping it with pliers at the end and rotating it until it
hardens enough. This is a good practice to re-harden posts after
soldering for repairs.
