Wholesale chain supplier

Hello, Here’s a question. I have been searching high and low in the
Orchid archive, and Google, etc, for a wholesale chain supplier other
than Rio Grande. I am looking for 24" 14k and also sterling,
Diamond-Cut ropes at a low price, to complement my small jewelry
line. I am just getting in touch with q-gold, tried Herco, but also
heard of another place, but not sure if I got the name right… It is
a major supplier called “Gutiez” or “Cuteiz” or something. I saw the
catalog once in another jeweler’s store, but couldn’t find them
myself, and didn’t feel comfortable asking this jeweler for his
sources. Google has not given me any leads, does anyone know who this
is and where they are? I have a sellers’ permit, and will be buying
in bulk, so I should meet any requirements they may have for
“Wholesale/to the Trade”. Feel free to email me off list too.

Thanks,
Andrew Horn

Hello back, try Providence Chain Co. 800-783-1499, They have a very
large selection and chains are all they do. Haven’t ordered from them
yet and am not affiliated so I have no customer experience with
them but they were great about getting a catalog out to me STAT. Cynthia

Dear Andrew Horn: I have a great wholesale supplier on good quality
chain. They only carry sterling however. It is:

PIKES PEAK ROCK SHOP: 451 Forest Edge Rd; Woodland Park, Colorado
80863; Ph (719) 687- 5423; Fax: (719) 687-5427. $100. minimum.
Great people to work with. Ask for them to send you all of their
catalogs. Chain is sold by the gram. I just found Pike’s Peak Rock
Shop’s toll free #: 1-800-347-6257.

Hope this helps, Audie Beller of

of jewelry manufactures and suppliers that I know of. They list about
500 suppliers of precious metal chain. In they back of the book they
have a yellow pages of they jewelry industry that is unbeatable. I am
sure you can find a source for the chain there that will suit your
needs. etienne@etienne.com
