White-Out

Hi! I didn’t see any reponses to my question asking what can be used
to thin white-out—could I have missed them?. Obviously the
water-based kind can be thinned with water ( :o) ), but I’ve got
lots of the non-water-based kind which I would be happy to be able
to use. I don’t live in US, so the water-based kind is not readily
available.

Thanks,
Janet

Janet, ---- Liquid Paper makes a “thinner” [same size bottle, clear
liquid] This gives the best results. The next best I have found is
nail polish thinner [not remover] this works quite well and smells
strongly of bananas – so maybe somekind of lacquer
tninner might also work. HTH, Adrienne

My favorite thinner is ethyl acetate. Which may not be all that easy
for you to get hold of. Actually, they usually sell thinner in
bottles a the same place where they sell the white-out. Margaret
