Where to find bushings?

Hello Orchidians, I am looking for a wholesale or discounted source
for bushings. These look like big washers. They may also be called
shims. The ones I have, which I bought at the local hardware store,
are made from 1mm thick stock. They’re 9mm wide, with a inside
diameter of 26mm and an outside diameter of 35mm. They’re steel, with
what I’d call a bright finish. I forget if they’re stainless. They
were pretty expensive to buy them singly.
