Where could I find-fossilized palmwood

Hey All-

For some of my work I’m looking for some fossilized palmwood,
dalmation jasper, and parrotwing. Slabs or rough, but am
interested in 1-5 lbs. not tons-

We will be having 7 Gem and Mineral Shows here in Denver Co. in 2
weeks starting Sept. 10th to Sept. 14th. If you are close enough
you might give it a try. There are usually quite a few rough
dealers at the different hotel shows. I know I am looking
forward to seeing a few familiar faces on Sept. 9th.

You could give John Haney of Thompson Marketing Co. a call or
drop a letter. I know he has a lot of fossilized palm wood and

We just picked up a piece that weighs about 10 lbs. Might be
willing to slab off a piece if you want, or the whole piece or I
can see if I can get more.

shure earl would be willing to pick the best pieces ,on hand ,out
for you.

he runs about 8us$ per pound
