I am a former studio art jeweler, smith (holloware & flatware)and
Teacher. I am also the former head of Metal Reproductions for The
Metropolitan Museum in New York as well as a Studio Art
Jeweler/Smith (holloware,flatware)/teacher. I have a BFA from The
School of American Crafts, Rochester Institute of Technology.
Unavoidable family obligations took me away from my career in metal
working. I am now back after too long away.I look forward to
reestablishing contact with this world and "the family of metal
workers"that has developed in large part due to this WONDERFUL
PROJECT, a true labor of love. THANK YOU!

I am an independent bench jeweler who after years of working for
others has opened a small business contracting to stores in my area
and hope to build a mail-in business soon. I am interested in
jewelry technology, bench techniques, business tips and hints or
just simply to sit and talk shop. All questions are welcome and
advice or critique is appreciated. Feel free to contact me directly
with any questions and I will do my best. Jamie Mclandsborough
