As a third generation jeweler and I have focused on laser
restoration in this downturn economy. I have experience in
manufacturing, but for right now I am in survival mode with repair.
I record most of my laser repairs on my computer, and have the
ability to show the customer their jewelry on my 50 inch plasma tv.
Visualization has helped communicate with the customer about their
repair. I have also worked as a speaker on laser welding in the
jewerly industry and have taught many people to use the laser
welder.
