Beverly Schnelles work reflects the sensual organic forms found in
nature. She incorporates the use of curves from the body and other
natural elements to inspire her passion for designing and creating
jewelry. Color, shape and texture combine to give a unique yet
fashionable look. She has a talent for designing jewelry that is
original in idea and organic in feel and shape, it has a presence
without being overwhelming, using color and texture to visually
attract the eye of the beholder and express a mood or feeling.
She has defined her talents and skills while earning a Bachelors of
Fine Arts in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from the School for
American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology in 1995. There
she had hands on training in traditional techniques in metalsmithing
such as forging, casting, s tamping, engraving and chasing and
repousse, and bezel and pave stone setting. She has also explored
more modern techniques such as aluminum anodizing. Since moving to
Atlanta in 2005 she has learned Russian Filigree, Roman chain,
granulation, crocheting with metal, mokame gane, keum bo, and an
ticlastic and synclastic forming.
She finds great joy in designing and creating each piece and hopes
each recipient will find just as much excitement in wearing and
owning one of her high quality pieces.

I am a novice metalsmith. I have been working for a little more than
3 years. I love the problem-solving aspect of jewelry fabrication
and enjoy learning a range of techniques.
I am aspiring jewelry designer currently working in New York City. I
work primarily in silver, but also in yellow gold. I love playing
with wax and oxidization. I have a Graduate Jeweler certification
from Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts. I am searching for a job or
internship where I can immerse myself in the jewelry industry and
learn. I am open to relocating anywhere in the world for the right
opportunity. Please contact me at Dana.bronfman at gmail.com for
details and/or a copy of my resume. Thank you! Dana

I’m originally from upstate N.Y. and have been making jewelry since
around 2002. I lived in San Francisco, CA for 10 years and moved to
Olympia, WA in 2006. I’ve taken metalsmithing/jewelry classes at City
College S. F. and Revere Academy in S. F. I opened my etsy shop in
2006 and have been plugging along ever since. I’m always creating and
working towards growing my business and knowledge. I also love to
teach and over my years in Oly have had three studio apprentices. I
hope to learn and contribute to this group of fellow metalsmiths.
