I am a Jeweller that is lucky enough to be able to escape the bench
from time to time and mine for our own gemstones that i use in my
creations. How this happened was that i started off in Inverell, NSW
faceting the world famous blue sapphires from our region there,and
then met an opal miner and fell in love with the mining side of the
business. We now live and mine in Lightining Ridge, NSW, Australia.
At Opal Heaven we supply trade with wholesale priced Black Opal
gemstones for jewelery or collections and I make custom pieces using
my own opal.
