I am a retired special education teacher finally working daily on
the my passion for creating jewelry. I have, for many years worked
on bead and fiber jewelry. For the last 3 years I have been taking
metal smithing classes and trying to master techniques and find my
own style making jewelry. I feel I am almost ready to sell some of
the jewelry I produce to the public at large (I already sell to
friends and family who “commission” work). However, I need to learn
lots more about the business end of selling jewelry. It’s amazing
and a bit daunting to find all of these great resources available
online. It’s an amazing second career.
