The Bianca Lopez Studio of Jewelry Art and Design is a beautiful and
peaceful studio located downtown in NoHo, New York City; where
beginners to experienced jewelry designers learn the craft of
jewelry making and the business of the designer jewelry market.
At the studio we achieve this by surveying the history of jewelry
and the other forms of decorative art from the ancient classical
period to the present. In our environmentally-responsible space we
teach jewelry making, jewelry design, mechanical drafting, and
professional jewelry photography. We also work with aspiring
designers and experienced designers on developing their new business
or growing their existing business. We teach sourcing for both
domestic and overseas suppliers and contractors. We advise on
designing catalogs, look books, web sites and cards. We provide
private consultations and group lectures and instructions, which are
kept to an intimate size in a large and comfortable space. We
welcome individuals from all over the world.

I have build guitars, fine furniture, lighting, carved and gold
leafed 1000s of letters in wood and stone and worked with many
materials, but am trying to work in silver for the first time while
taking classes. I do a lot of cooking and play finger style guitar
in a variety of styles.
