Hello to All,
I’ve been creating custom jewelry for approximately 3-4yrs. My
passion is working with metals and wire. I just had my first article
published in Bead Design Studio Magazine. The article titled
“Beading With a Handicap”, was very well received by numerous
colleagues. The article covered well known Jewelry Artists with a
handicap, along with myself. I look forward to writing my next
article on tools that are available that help those who are
handicapped. The past couple of years, I’ve enjoyed working with
both ArtClay Silver and Polymer Clay. I am a Level 1 Certified ACS
(Art Clay Silver) Instructor and looking forward to my Senior
Certification this November. My dream is to become a Certfied
Jeweler. As far as personal info, I’m a wife and mother of 3 grown
children. My daughter, Leanna, is set to leave on her 3rd deployment
in a couple of weeks. My older son, Javier, is an Insurance A gent.
And my youngest son, Kevin, is an 11th grader, who sings Barbershop
Quartet and plays the Trombone. My husband, Michael, is my soulmate
and I thank God everyday for bringing him into my life.
