These Wedgwood cameo broaches are still produced in the UK. Usually
the setting is not gold, just plated wire and they sell for about $50.
Note the spelling for Wedgwood. If your item has the additional ‘e’
then suspect that it’s a copy, many are made in Taiwan and China.
