I have a couple of questions that I hope won’t be out of bounds for
this group. If they are I apologize and please let me know.

I would like some feedback on our site and your input as far as your
needs and preferences.

  1. Do you now or would you be interested in buying tools and
    equipment and supplies online?

  2. When you purchase tools and equipment do you prefer to pay by
    check or credit card?

Because there are no supplies or tools within a couple hundred miles
of northwest Florida, I like to “look” online and catalogs but prefer
to buy on the phone with a helpful sale/account rep. I purchase
nearly everything with credit card.
