Charlene: I wish I could do my own casting, but I don’t have
the space or the time right now. I use green sheet wax and
usually blue wire wax. My pieces are insects (I am in the Orchid
Gallery–the first and third piece are cast). I buils with the
same wax(green) that I use as a base for the wings. I’d try a
different wax if I knew exactly what to useI may need to find a
fidderent caster–someone with more experience in doing small
pieces. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks. Sandra
