Dare to salivate over this news release? A Hong Kong client just
bought a little bauble. a 5.00 carat “Vivid Pink” diamond… nothing
much if you have the money. $10,828,889 mind boggling, eh? and yes
the numbers can be confirmed “Liebish and Company” news release.
The price, it was sold for, stated is $47,941,095. So, it has to be
two different stones. I have to ask myself “what are the chances of
two 5 carat pink diamonds showing up on the market simultaneously?”
Giving how rare pink diamonds are; how even rarer stones over 1
carat in size; the answer has to be that chances are infinitely
small, approaching zero.
Is it only me, or everybody beginning to smell something?
Well, One of the networks had a nearly one carat red diamond ring
for about the same price ($10 mil.) on a morning show just the other
day is “The Ultimate Valentine’s Day Gift”.
