Vanessa Calingo - Jewelry Gallery

Vanessa Calingo

"I have always been interested in the Sciences and in Art. Jewellery gives me the opportunity to combine precision and creativity.

I love to think; I apply Mathematics, symmetry and repetition in my work as if it were a puzzle to be solved. I like to create details, patterns, and texture.

My greatest inspiration is my family. I use jewellery as a symbolic representation of love and memories.

I often produce pieces that are geometric but with a touch of gentleness. They are often movable, transformable or interchangeable, symbolizing life in constant motion."
