Useful Links

This is mostly the same posted before elsewhere. I had
mixed feelings on posting it here, but most are not the few, and I
feel this may help someone. If you book mark these and follow the
links it will give you invaluable and sources. I have
kept away from listing tools and material. On all actual sites listed
you will get quality material (many are commercial), these will not
put up with what goes on at some places. On all of these sites, visit
the links and don’t be surprised if one or more of your bookmarks
show up.
