I wanted on Harmonized Codes, import duties/customs
levies on diamonds, gems & jewelry into the USA, European markets,

Which websites and /or sources should I tap for such info.

Lalit -

You can find the you’re looking for on the Customs
website at: www.customs.gov

If you go to the Import/Export button it will take you to the
Harmonized Tariff Schedules. Precious stones is under chapter 71.
