Asia----Malaysia, maybe? (I forget exactly where.) She is a fine
jeweler and enamellist—I’d love to study with her, myself! Her
mother, Marianne Scherr, went to visit, and told me about it, and her

Thank you Cynthia, you had most of the . Sydney Scherr is
the Director of the METALS PROGRAMS with the RAFFLES INTERNATIONAL
DESIGN INSTITUTE, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sydney has designed a
full curriculum covering all levels of Metals including (selected)
History, Marketing, Photography, and of course a broad study of
metalsmithing, jewelry and and enamels. The study has been very
successful.
