I’m looking into this, and reading product specs is quite confusing.
If someone could be kind enough to give some details it would be
highly appreciated.

They have different flexibility, why is this relevant? What is the
drawback if more flexible? -
Why are they sold according to “color”?

Why does some of them claim to give more detail? Again, what is
the possible drawback…
We will mostly do RTV silicone molds and silver casting. Good
details is a good… Some wax models might be tooled a bit to make a
new “master”.
