I started out collecting Rocks and Minerals and learned the Lapidary
Arts. From there I went on to Jewelers school in California. After
school I moved to Central Oregon and spend several wonderful years
until the snow drove my wife nuts, so we moved yet again to the Salem
area however, this area is in a economic depression so my wife and I
are looking at Tucson. I have family there with our son and his
family close as well as my brother and his wife.
I have been making jewelry on my own for several years, selling at
craft fairs as well as ssmowatt.etsy.com which has become a great
resource for artist to meet. I feel that my work is good but would
love to learn from a master in a store that still believes in
customer service and design. I would be open to meeting with anyone
who needs someone.
