Received this today from a friend about a rental in the
Tucson area. I’ve already made reservations for February, but figured
some Orchidian could benefit from it. I just called the number and
confirmed this … and the place IS still available.
Here’s what my friend wrote:
“In the Timesharing Today magazine that we got in the mail on Friday
there was an ad for rental of a week’s timeshare time during the gem
show in Tucson at the timeshare place that we usually stay at when go
to Tucson. It’s 15 to 20 minutes north of the city in a very
accessible spot, very nice and very inclusive as far as amenities.
The timeshare place is called World Mark Rancho Vistoso by Wyndham in
Oro Valley. The person renting it (a 2 bedroom, 2 bath) is asking
$800 for the week - a real bargain. We had a 2 bedroom this past
Sept./Oct and it actually sleeps 6, with a murphy bed in the living
room, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom
has twin beds. The two baths are very spacious and the kitchen is
also very large. The living room has a TV, couch and chair and there
were bar stools at the counter as well as a table and 6 chairs at the
eating area. The patio had a grill and table and chairs. You can
