Still need to make the bails but here are treasure coin concepts I made in Zbrush for a friend. I used images of a real escudo to make 3d models in Zbrush. When complete, they can be 3d printed using Polyjet method which has extreme detail.
One version is the clipped “cob” style coins like the silver ones and then the round version is more like an escudo or doubloon.
