Tiny Bezel Job

Does anyone here do very small oval/round bezel work in gold? I’m
trying to find out how much it’d cost to get a small opal attached to
a 14ky pendant as a favor for a friend. I don’t have access to the
tools myself to do this, so any off-list estimates (or people I might
contact who do nice, unobtrusive bezel work) would be helpful. I’d
presume the round would be easier, since one could just do a tube
setting.

Thanks in advance for the help.

This reminds me of a question I always intend to ask Orchidites.
I’ve seen tiny (smaller than 3 point stones)round faceted colored
stones set in tall little tubes and I was wondering if I could build
little cylinders in wax on an item, cast and then use setting burs
to drill little seats. At that point would I then thin the outside
upper edges enough to bezel set these tiny stones? Annette
