Thermmidor casting furnace repair

Hello All:

I have a Thermmidor I -3 electric casting centrifuge. The electric
furnace has shorted out or burned out. Does anybody know where I can
get the Furnace or replace it which is incased by a platinum wound
refractory muffle. Any help will be gladly appreciated.

The last place I used was Eisinger Canada, 1-800-268-1990, but I
don’t know if they still offer the service. If you do find someone to
supply one, please let me know. It’s just a matter of time and I will
need a rebuilt unit myself.
