This is a public thank you to Rio Grande. Those people are just
wonderful. They really go the extra mile for you.
I had ordered a Matt tool for wax working, and the plastic box it
came in was damaged in the mail, so that part of the side of the box
was broken, and the lid would not close…
I contacted Rio, and they contacted the distributor of the Matt
tools, and after a number of calls to the distributor, they finally
got me another box, which they shipped out.
They really worked on this, and kept me posted as to what was going
on.
