Need to find a solution for keeping in place a tennis bracelet in a
jacket, with removable connection. Any solutions would be really
appreciated.

what we do sometimes for that is, make a notch from the end of the
jacket about 1-1.5 mm wide and about 3-4 mm long, and on the
bracelet on both ends, solder a piece of wire and make it short
enough to just clear the notch, and ball up the end of the wire.
you can put the bracelet into the jacket and fit the wire with balls
into the notches when the whole shebang is put on the notches hold
the bracelet together. I usually use 16 ga wire for the bracelet.
