Teaching Experience in the UK

I just returned from teaching goldsmithing workshops in the UK at
Petra Wennberg’s venue, the Silver Clay Studio, in Dorset England. I
would like to thank her for her hospitality and all of her work in
putting these classes together.

This was a fabulous trip for both myself and my wife Praparat, who
taught a program of Thai cooking courses at the Olive Tree Cookery
School in the same village in southern England.

The village of Corfe Castle is an enchanting place with beautiful
stone houses and an ancient castle dating back 1000 years. It is a
breathtakingly scenic and magical place.

I really enjoyed the students I worked with in the UK. They were
very enthusiastic and engaging, and the classes were fulfilling and
productive for all of us. Praparat and I look forward to returning to
teach in Dorset and we are already planning next year’s programs.

Petra, the proprietor of Silver Clay Studio, is a very talented
artist who is creating amazing jewelry with metal clay. She is a
wonderful teacher and a delightful person to work with.
