I have dealt with Swest several times. They are friendly,
courteous, and prompt. My only complaint is with some wax
patterns I ordered. Some of the patterns were incomplete. I
didn’t notice it for several months, so I never tried to return
them, besides I use them mainly for their constituent parts. I
should have seen it sooner.
FWIW I ordered a Romanoff catalog online. They assigned a
customer service/sales rep to me. She told me that they could
beat the price of pretty much anyone.

Dude, we ALL say that! If you are buying something from us
(Gesswein) and a competitor is selling the EXACT same thing and
they are charging a lower price, we will (in most circumstances)
meet that price. And I dare say you could do that with any of the
suppliers - all you gotta do is ask. Just FYI.
