Summer jewelry resident needed

Hello Orchidians, Thought I’d pass this info along, if anyone is
interested.

Touchstone School of Crafts in Farmington, PA (just south of
Pittsburgh) is looking for a summer jewelry resident. The position
would require you to oversee the jewelry studio, maintain the tools
and equipment, supplies, etc., observe the classes, and generally
assist the instructors. They are offering free room and board, and
possibly college credit.

This could be a good opportunity to spend a summer studying with a
host of different instructors, working on new projects, doing some
blacksmithing (they have an incredible new facility), and hanging out
in the woods. " Falling Water," Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, is
nearby, and so are a host of whitewater and biking opportunities.

If you’re interested, contact then at ttc@hhs.net. Check out their
website at www.touchstonecrafts.com.
