I noticed on my credit card statement that I had a charge from Ganoksin and was wondering if this was an automatic renewal? I’m unaware of having this arranged and did not get a receipt. Was I given the long term member rate?

Yes, the charge for Ganoksin membership is annual, and the rate remains the same rate you singed up at as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
You should have gotten an email receipt… if you didn’t please email us at support so we can figure that out!
