I have a great studio space and I am trying to find folks to split
it with me (its in New York City in a cool neighborhood downtown).
Bench space is cheap (for New York standards) $300 a month plus you
kick in for the con ed bill in summer months so we can have non stop
AC!. If you want more room we can negotiate space and $$. Short
team leases are okay (like a few months).
