The recent “Frosting of Peridots” thread has left me wondering …
is there a list somewhere of stones and other common jewelry
materials (like bone, fossils, seashells, wood, acrylic) that are
pickle-safe and those that are pickle-resistant? Are there any other
commonly used substances in the jewelry lab that should be kept well
away from certain stones (like baking soda, vinegar, H2O2, etc.)?
