Sterling "pipe" tubing

Hello all, In the Jinks McGrath enameling book, there is a project
done with sterling tubing roughly 1.5 inches in diameter. Does
anyone know where that might be found?

Metaliferous in NYC has a selection of larger diameter tubing,
available in one foot lengths, I believe.
