Sterling Creamer handle repair

I have a relative living in San Diego who has a sterling silver
creamer with a broken handle. I would like to recommend someone in
the area she can go to have this repair done. Any help would be
appreciated.

I am not too familiar with the area, but If I lived there I’d check
out Apache Trading Post on San Diego Ave. They might be able to
direct one to a reliable silversmith.
