Past and Future

Materials: Sterling silver, emerald, hematite, electronic component
Dimensions: 5.5 cm x 3.5 cm

In this work I combined the past represent by the granulation tecnique with the future represent by a recycled electronic component.
It’s born like a brooch for male but it could be also unisex.
I made the granulation as I learned at a workshop with the artist Harold O’Connor, without using solder or lost wax casting.
