How should I be stamping designs using vermeil? I’m plating 24k
over sterling and don’t think stamping the pieces “G.F.” fits here.
I checked out some of the jewelry standards/regulations web sites and
found nothing on this subject. Any suggestions?

Why not follow the French standard on that. It is a simple V
Your silver should be 925/000 and the gold should be 5 microns of
750/000.
